Julie and Ken hosted a BBQ and bonfire, it was really nice to just kick back and have an old fashioned 4th without so many people all around. We had burgers and tater salad, chocolate cake and rootbeer floats all the good 4th of July stuff. Playing Bocce, lighting a few parachutes and fireworks. Couldn't get much better. The dogs however didn't feel the same and spent their time in the van or on a lap or barking and frenzied. Poor things.
